Update (as of 01/2024): The entire team at Liberia Dental Care consistently provides beyond excellent care and service. We continuously are satisfied with every visit, and would highly recommend Dr. Babu and her staff to family and friends, and now you. Update (as of 03/2022): Dr. Babu with the assit of Lala just completed my filling procedure. I must say, one of the best filling experience I've had in my life. It was obviously a "cake walk" for Dr. Babu. And this gave me confidence, trust, and respect for Dr. Babu. Because of this, back to 5 stars. Update (as of 02/2022): Had to remove a star after the second visit for the following reason: I was not informed that the flouride treatment applied at the end of the visit costed money. As in, double than the expected amount paid with insurance. I am disappointed for both the hygeniest and assistant failing to inform the patient that another very minor treatment came with a price. All I ask is for the staff to inform the patient that fluoride treatment cost about $25ish dollars. The price was never discussed, nor was I given a patient choice to either get the treatment or not. With this experience and after negative $25, I have learned my lesson to always ask if any said treatment to be provided is covered by insurance. Because this dental office *succeeded in failing to give me a choice to get fluoride treatment at a price, then down to 4 stars* #Beware Old review: What more can you ask for from an excellent dentistry team?! I've experienced several dental offices from California to Virginia. And I must say, Liberia Dental Care is by far the best... of the best. We were greeted by Girly who had full of energy and super nice. She had gone above and beyond for us especially with our initial encounter and personal request. The waiting area had two air filters, which made us feel COVID-free already. The hygienist called us one-by-one, when we noticed each of clinical staff wore a high quality air filtered helmet that can even be used to prevent Ebola. My hygienist, Susie, was out of this world. Her thoroughness and unhurriedness were more than excellent. Dr. Babu entered the "room" and explained the outcome of my xray very well. Becky at check-out was kind, too. I can't wait to visit again in 6 months. Overall, A++++ in my book. Well done, team! Well done.
